Here at Surf City Sensations we take pride in giving you the best products. We understand everyone needs and love of scents are different. That's why we offer so many different scents. All scents are different in strengths. All have same amount but some are soft when other can be very strong smelling. If you have a question about our scents please email us info@surfcitysensations.com We want to please everyone who orders from our store! When ordering a product and your not positive you will like that scent, we suggest you order a small version of that scent to try first before ordering a large one. We do put samples with our orders so you will have a chance to try some new scents.

Shipping- Mostly all our Candles are made to order. Usually takes up to 2-3 weeks to receive these products. All other products could be shipped separately and may receive in 1 to 2 weeks. Allow orders up to 24-48 hours to process. Insurance is provided by us on your order. If your shipment comes to you damaged you need to save everything from that package and contact us at support@surfcitysensations.com. Let us know what is damaged and we will give you a code to use when sending items back. You have 48 hours from package arrival to check your products and contact us.

If you are outside of the USA and want to order just copy and paste your shopping cart(do not process it) in an email and send it to orders@surfcitysensations.com. Please include your paypal address and your shipping address (so we can figure out your shipping cost). We will send you your invoice through Paypal.
